Serving ‘Easy Desi Food’, it is an amalgamation of carefully selected regional contemporary Indian & comfort Indian food.

The dishes are carefully prepared with no compromise on the delicate balance of spices, by growing our own herb garden and sourcing fine ingredients. The kitchen uses techniques that keep tradition intact and maintain age-old cooking techniques perfected across generations – from the blending of spices on sil-battas to dum cooking, sun-drying, and also bringing Ayurvedic learnings to our recipes to balance the acidity of recipes.
Charcha Gully’s Menu brings together dishes that are old-time favorites and some new delicately nuanced and contemporary versions with prime thrust on authenticity of taste & technique.
Founded by Vineet Wadhwa – born & brought up in Amritsar, Punjab, who is a maven in curating balanced and tasteful menus. Having closely studied & enjoying Indian cuisine while growing up, his passion for the same has led him to curate this brand carefully. He further developed a keen interest in the culinary arts and started his own catering company by the name Cuisines & Concepts (formerly Instant Host and Laguna Banquets) back in 1989, which became a renowned name in the catering industry. Then came the flagship brand of FIO Restaurants in 2009. The common factor being an emphasis on quality experiences & great food in all. All the brands, from catering to restaurants have now mastered the art of their respective cuisine amongst others, and are well-renowned in Delhi.
Speaking on the launch of Charcha Gully, Mr Vineet Wadhwa says “We are very excited to launch Charcha Gully and this unique concept of highlighting the marriage of flavours to our consumers. The brand is very close to my heart, being an extension of my childhood intertwined closely with tales of my food and travel experiences as I grew up. My vision is to take this to contemporary Indian cafes, where the ‘Charcha’ will get started about all the ‘Gullys’ that inspired our concept.
