Shah Rukh khan’s son Aryan Khan has been declared innocent by the Bombay high court. Aryan khan has been in very bad times since the last month. He went through a tough time as he was arrested by the NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) in a Mumbai drugs Raid.
Aryan was Released from the Arthur road jail on October 30 where he was lodged after his arrest on 3rd October. A detailed bail order has been released by the Bombay high court for Aryan khan in the Mumbai cruise dugs case on Saturday. the court has confirmed that nothing objectionable has been found in WhatsApp conversations between Aryan khan, Arbazz merchant, and Munmun dhamecha related to the drugs case.
“After having gone through the WhatsApp chats extracted from Applicant/Accused no. 1’s [Aryan Khan] phone, nothing objectionable could be noticed to suggest that applicant nos. 1 & 2 [Arbaaz and Munmun Dhamecha] or all three applicants along with other accused persons in the agreement have a meeting of minds and have hatched conspiracy committing the offense in question,” the court order read.
“There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit an unlawful act,” it further said. The Bombay High Court also noted that “the applicants were not even subjected to medical examination so as to determine whether, at the relevant time, they had consumed drugs.”
