AAP has announced Bhagwat maan as the new CM candidate from Punjab
Mohali: Bhagwant Mann is Aam Aadmi Party (AAP’s) boss clerical contender for Punjab, Arvind Kejriwal declared today after an uncommon televote in which individuals were approached to telephone in their decision.
Bhagwant Mann got more than 93% of the votes got through telephone and WhatsApp, AAP boss Arvind Kejriwal told correspondents.
Around 3% votes were for the sake of Navjot Singh Sidhu, the Punjab Congress boss. A couple of votes that were supportive of Mr. Kejriwal were announced invalid.
“Obviously AAP will win the Punjab political decision. As it were, the individual picked as the Chief Ministerial competitor will be the following Chief Minister of Punjab,” Mr. Kejriwal said.
