Kangana Ranaut has shared an old clip of filmmaker Karan Johar reacting to his ‘movie mafia’ comment and saying she is ‘not interested in working with him’. Taking to her Instagram stories, Kangana also shared an edited clip which also featured Karan’s comment and his reaction.
Addressed as ‘Chacha Chaudhary’
Along with the clip, Kangana wrote, “Chacha Chaudhary, when I am establishing myself as a film producer and director, thank you for these small things… I will get them on your face…” Let it be a few years back, when Kangana was Karan’s guest. In Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan, he called him a “flag bearer of nepotism” and a “movie mafia”.

Karan Johar had taunted
In 2017, at an event at the London School of Economics, Karan talked about Kangana. Karan had said, “What does she mean when she says ‘movie mafia’? What does she think we are doing? Sitting and not giving her work? Does that make us mafia? No, we do what we want.” Let’s do it. I do it. Maybe because I’m not interested in working with him.”

The edited clip also contained a portion of Kangana’s statement at an India Today event. She had said, “He said I am unemployed and asking him for a job or something like that. First you look at my talent and look at your films. What do I mean really?”
